Frequently asked questions
Single or double bowl — which should I choose?
Single Bowl: Best for dry-food-only feeding or single-pet households. Compact and minimal.
Double Bowl: Best for wet + dry feeding (kibble on one side, wet food or water on the other), or for two pets eating at the same time.
If you're unsure, the double bowl is the more versatile choice — even if you only use one side for now, the other can hold water or serve as backup.
Will my pet push the stand around while eating?
No. This feeder has three layers of anti-slip protection:
- Bottom rubber pads: Increase friction with the floor, protect your floors, and prevent sliding.
- Rubber gaskets: Installed at the screw joints to absorb shock and prevent loosening.
- Stainless steel legs + solid wood tray: Low center of gravity and stable structure. Normal eating and pushing won't tip it over.
What does the 0–10° tilt do?
The 0–10° micro-tilt lets food naturally gather toward one side of the bowl, so your pet doesn't have to bury their head as low to reach it — reducing neck extension and shoulder strain.
Especially helpful for senior cats or pets with joint issues.
Will the stainless steel legs rust?
The legs are made of stainless steel and won't rust easily under normal indoor use. The bottom rubber pads and rubber gaskets also help isolate ground moisture.
However, if kept in a long-term damp environment (like near a bathroom), we still recommend keeping it ventilated and dry.
Is assembly complicated? Do I need tools?
Not complicated. All hardware (bolts, nuts, rubber gaskets) is included. You only need a screwdriver — assembly usually takes 5–10 minutes.
Adjusting height and angle is just a matter of loosening the screws, repositioning, and tightening again.
Why does it cost more than a plastic bowl?
The difference comes down to three things:
- Material safety: Food-grade ceramic vs. recycled plastic.
- Structural design: Adjustable height and angle + anti-slip, anti-loosening vs. a fixed flat bowl.
